Harvest Christian Academy moved to a VoIP solution a few years ago not only for cost reduction, but for the flexibility of features and capabilities. Although the concept and implementation were successful, the support became an issue as hacking and upgrade/update requirements overwhelmed our provider.

The changeover was very smooth with virtually no outage of service. Primevox handled all of the transfer of our numbers and conversion of our old PBX configuration and data to their platform. Since the inception of the service, we have enjoyed exceptional support when needed. Frequently we are connected directly with a senior engineer immediately and our problems or questions are addressed immediately. Several suggested custom enhancements were implemented by the Primevox team - greatly enhancing our users and administrative experience with the system.
